"We love this raincoat! I bought the XL. My frenchie puppy is about 23 pounds right now and it fits great, but I may have to go up a size when he is full grown. The fabric is excellent, sturdy quality. The harness hole is wide enough to easily clip the leash to the harness underneath the coat. The color is nice and neutral, slightly darker than most of the pictures online. We would definitely recommend this cost!"
