"Our pear shaped, 17lb cat adores this bed and curls up with room left over in it. We smush it to his height for a chin rest on one end and raise the other all the way up and over to make a cozy nest for him and the bed holds the shape well. We can sneak in his kitty heating pad in the zipper compartment but he seems comfortable enough without it currently."

However, within a few minutes of getting in, she was already able to chew a little hole through it. If your dog likes to chew you may not want to spend this much on a cute but pricey bed. Wish it was a more durable material on the summer side. Hopefully it last & she will not be able to do much damage to the winter side."
