Warranty Outside the U.S.

For warranty replacement requests (e.g., toy torn apart), we charge a small flat shipping fee based on your location:

  • U.S.: $8
  • Canada: $15
  • EU Zone 1: $8
  • EU Zone 2 & 3: $15

This helps us cover part of the shipping cost while continuing to support your pup’s play.

Is every toy covered under this warranty?

Yes — all Lambwolf toys purchased directly from our website are covered under our warranty.

We require an order number to process your claim, and at this time, the warranty is only available for U.S. orders placed on lambwolf.co.

Can I get a refund instead of store credit?

This warranty offers store credit only — so you can easily pick out something new for your pup.

How long does it take to process?

It’s instant. Once you submit the warranty claim via our portal, your store credit is applied automatically.

Can I claim more than once?

You can claim once per order. Each item is backed by its own 180-day window from purchase.
