WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
EU orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Estimated delivery times are separate from processing times and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

We charge a flat rate shipping fee and the amount depends on the country and region you live in:

MAATIN Beds are oversized products and are excluded from the free shipping policy due to the larger sizes of these products, and shipping cost will be calculated by the ship-to address.

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please let us know as soon as possible by submitting our withdrawal form here or emailing us at admin@lambwolf.co with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
If your order has already shipped, you still have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving it. Please see our EU Returns Policy for return instructions, shipping costs, and refund details. Using the withdrawal form is optional and does not affect your statutory rights.
