The snuffle CASSETTE features a durable, retro-style cassette design with a hidden snuffle pocket where you can tuck away your dog’s favorite treats or kibble with a ribbon for a challenge! Simply take the ribbon out first, put the treats in the pocket, insert the ribbon back, and let the sniffing begin! Torn apart? Chewed up? You can claim a 100% store credit for a replacement within 180 days — you’ll just need to cover $8 for shipping on the new item.
Please log in to our return portal and click on the item, then choose the reason " Warranty" and submit the request. Once submitted, the system will automatically apply your store credit.
