"Love this bag! There are lots of pros and few cons. But I already know this will be my go to bag for awhile. Pros: - Super light weight and I couldn’t believe it. Made carrying my dog so much easier. Good length shoulder straps. - Soft but stays in shape. My dog first time sleeping through airplane flight - comes with tether inside to clip onto harness or leash - Clips for hanging things… this is way more use flu than I thought! - beautiful and looks nice hehe - Internal pocket is nice and doesn’t crate bulk Cons: - Zipper not the smoothest on the round area - Not as many external pockets - Nothing to hold flap when open : but I realized if I clip the 2 zippers together it keeps the flap up nicely! Zips up all the way so they can’t stick their head out if you don’t want them to. There’s an inside mesh pocket I don’t know what you would use it for. Nice carrier with a couple flaws
"I like this carrier overall, but there are a few issues I find disappointing. The bag doesn’t come with a safety tether to clip onto a dog’s collar or harness to keep them attached to the carrier when open. I always use a tether clip when carrying my pup in a bag, and I find not including one to be a strange design choice. Every dog carrier I’ve used has a tether built into the floor of the bag, whether it’s a tote that’s always open or a TSA approved carrier with a mesh cover that zips closed. I have the OLLA carry cot from Lambwolf as well and it includes this feature, so I’m surprised the CITY doesn’t. Also, the snap on the strap that you can use to keep the mesh cover rolled up broke off the first time I used it. This carrier is comfortable to hold and works well for my purposes otherwise. Some details I like: the large water bottle pocket inside the bag, the waste bag dispenser, and that the cover can be locked closed with the dual clip carabiner."
